Getting Here

Just a few hours outside of metro Detroit, Blue Haven sits on Lake Huron in beautiful Greenbush, MI.

Use the map below to get directions from your home.

Parking

We have a U-shaped drive that goes through the property. There is one parking spot available per cottage. Please park along the sidewalk that lines the cottages, allowing others a way to drive through the u-drive.

Extra vehicles:  Please be mindful of other guests and their views - there is no parking at the bottom of the drive in front of the beach.  If possible, please park any extra cars at the public carpool parking about 1 mile south across the street from the Red Fork.

Contactless Check In with smart locks

Gone are the days of using a key attached to a plastic resort logo to get int your home for the week!

Prior to check-in, you will receive an email with your 4-digit passcode to enter the cottage. Press the middle of the rectangle above the door handle.  The key pad will light up.  Enter the code and press # to unlock. To lock the door, hold # for a moment. The doors automatically lock after 5 seconds.

On-Site Technology

While we advise you unplug for the week, we have plenty of options to keep you connected to the outside world!

The entire resort has continuous WiFi (yes, we even tested it at the beach)

Network: BlueHaven-Guest

Password: Beachfun22!

Cottages are equipped with new Smart TVs and a Hulu Live subscription for all your TV watching needs!  Press the ‘Hulu’ button on the remote. You can stream any shows from Hulu’s library or navigate to “Live TV” to surf Live television channels. (If your remote doesn’t have a hulu button, press the home button and select the Hulu app to launch).

The TVs are also equipped with a number of other streaming apps, some of which require a subscription. You are free to log in and use your own account with any of these. Just remember to log out.

Also, don't forget these buildings were constructed in 1945 with solid concrete walls.  We have spent great efforts getting signals into every nook and cranny of the resort and need your help by not unplugging any tech you may find in your cottage - you may end up taking an entire set of WiFi, televisions, and locks offline. If you accidentally unplug something, please plug it back in.
